Here’s something new from us at The Elmer Honey Co. We often end up with beeswax that’s a bit too dark for candle making, so rather than wasting it, we’ve put it to good use and made Beeswax Firelighters.
Each one is made from rolled newspaper dipped in hot beeswax, then rolled in sawdust, then dipped and rolled again to build up a reliable, slow-burning firelighter that helps you get going quickly. After plenty of testing, we’re genuinely chuffed with how well they perform.
They come neatly packed in a tin, making them a brilliant little addition to your camping kit, firewood basket, or for anyone who loves getting the stove fired up without faffing about.
